This book kick-started my healing journey!
After this book I read anything I could get my hands on to understand emotional healing and I started going to therapy every week to heal. The positive results started coming in after 3-4 months of self-study and therapy. I still work hard on my journey to having an emotionally robust life—one that feels safe enough to fully feel the wide range of human emotions.
Before starting this journey, I called myself a Zombie—going through the motions of life without fully feeling. Now, I can say, I feel fully human. It’s been such a blessing!
