Start Guide: Developing Our Emotional Self | Hinterland of the Heart

This is the first of many resources I’ll be publishing as part of the Hinterland of the Heart Journey: The Road to Emotional Availability and Secure Attachment. This is a start guide for developing the emotional self. We each have an emotional self, and it’s the part of us that makes life feel wonderful and alive. When we have low emotional awareness and skills, life feels empty, meaningless, chaotic, reactive, and like it’s all too much.

The good news is that we can all learn, practice, and develop an emotional toolkit.
